Sex therapy can help individuals and couples improve their relationship with sex, intimacy, and connection. It supports concerns such as low or mismatched desire, sexual anxiety, shame, performance concerns, pain during sex, intimacy challenges, and questions around sexual identity or orientation.

Even when life looks okay on the outside, it can still feel heavy on the inside. You might find yourself overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite explain. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, identity questions, or the impact of past experiences, I offer a place to slow down and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to better understand themselves, shift old dynamics, and feel more connected to their relationships, their values, and their inner world. Many of the people I support are thoughtful, caring, and capable, yet carry a sense of disconnection, self-doubt, or confusion about what’s next. Clients describe me as warm, insightful, and easy to talk to, which helps them feel comfortable opening up and exploring what matters most.

My approach is affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and the Gottman Method.
